Covid-19 Updates

Based on what is happening around the world because of COVID-19 there have been logistics delays, newly added safety precautions, and recent demand affecting our supply chains. Your orders may take longer to ship beyond the stated processing time.

Getting your order to you as quickly as possible and the safety of our team and everyone involved in the process are our top priorities. We know it frustrating to have your order delayed, but we ask that you bare with us as we all do our best through this strange time. We will do our best to get your order to you as fast as possible.

We expect up to 2 weeks additional for some orders.


Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver to customers across the world, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

  • Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to the manufacturer for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed.
  • Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. International delivery usually takes about 15–30 business days. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 5 and 15 days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time.
